The ordering process takes 6 clear steps, in which you decide how you want thing done.
Your order is only final, after your confirmation. Before that, you can make any change you want.

Use the 'Add' button to add a product. Do you want to order more, fill out the amount you want to order.
By using the 'Continue Shopping' button, you can return to the web shop.
If you change your mind, you can select the product and use the 'Remove' button.

Order confirmation
After we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. This is an overview of your order information.
If you did not receive an e-mail, make sure you check if the mail arrived in your spam e-mail box.
If the mail is not in your spam box either, please contact us.

Do you want to cancel or change an already placed order?
That is possible!
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Outside office hours, you can call us at number (+31) (0)10 248 11 22.
Is your order already shipped? In that case you can refuse the order yourself by informing the mailman that you do not wish to accept the package. We will then contact you after receiving the unaccepted order back.
We will the try to come to a satisfactory solution with you.
Cancelling or refusing an already confirmed order, is without costs.
If, after accepting the package from the mailman, you wish to return the package you can do so on your own expense.
