If the parcel cannot be delivered on Monday through Saturday, it is normally delivered at your neighbor’s house. If this is not possible, it will be offered again the next day (excluding Sundays).
If, the next day, it still cannot be delivered, you will find a notification in your mailbox with the address of the Post office (if sent via TNT) or the GLS depot (if sent via GLS) where you can pick up the parcel.
No delivery at the neighbors
If you do not want the parcel to be delivered at your neighbors, you can let us know, by marking “home address only” (remarks section). In that case the parcel will be delivered at your address only.

For orders with a value higher than 45 EUR we do not charge shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium (payment upfront).
For orders smaller than 45 EUR we charge only 4,95 EUR as a contribution for the packing and shipping costs (only for shipping within the Netherlands).
