For shipping your order, Ecodor has a strategic cooperation agreement with TNT Parcel Service and GLS.

If you decide to have your order shipped to your home address, the shipment will be handled as follows:
As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, is will be sent with the 24 hour delivery service. The next day it will be delivered at your home address within the Netherlands.
Exact time of the delivery cannot be provided;
On the day of shipment, you will receive a notification of shipment from Ecodor, to inform you that your order is shipped;
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, TNT Parcel Service or GLS will leave a notification of delivery behind, with instructions on how to pick up the parcel the next day at the Post Office (TNT) or at a GLS depot (GLS).

If you are not at home
If the parcel cannot be delivered on Monday through Saturday, it is normally delivered at your neighbor’s house. If this is not possible, it will be offered again the next day (excluding Sundays).

If, the next day, it still cannot be delivered, you will find a notification in your mailbox with the address of the Post office (if sent via TNT) or the GLS depot (if sent via GLS) where you can pick up the parcel.

No delivery at the neighbors
If you do not want the parcel to be delivered at your neighbors, you can let us know, by marking “home address only” (remarks section). In that case the parcel will be delivered at your address only.
